About the director: Martin A. Walther (1986) comes from Trondheim, Norway. He has a BA in film science from the University of Trondheim and a BA in documentary directing from University of Lillehammer. After finishing his education he worked as a teacher for three years before returning to directing film. The documentary short “Train Robbers” was his directorial debut. The film was an international success at film festival, winning several prices, and was selected for the international competition at Clermont Ferrand. 'The Psychlist' is his second film.

About the director: Ece was born in Samsun, Turkey. After studying performing arts and philosophy in New York, she got her master's degree in filmmaking at KASK in Ghent. In addition to filmmaking, she produces music and is signed to 2MR Records.

FOLLOW YOU HOME (DENMARK) BY KATHRINE RAVN KRUSE

Synopsis: For 9 years the afghan refugee brothers Popal (22) and Darmal (18) have been apart but are now miraculously reunited in Denmark. But they are in a completely different place in their lives. Popal is a fighter with lots of plans for his future. Darmal, on the other hand, has just arrived in Denmark, with a heavy heart and lots of insecurities about the future. As Darmal’s asylum claim is rejected, their dreams about a future together collapses. With a caring priest couple and a human right’s lawyer as a close ally, Popal does everything in his power to keep Darmal on his feet. Running time: 01:15:00.

About the director: Kathrine Ravn Kruse (1982) studied film and media at Copenhagen University and documentary filmmaking at School of Visual Arts in New York. Back in Denmark she worked on different TV programmes while directing her debut film 'Me and Dad - no expectations of applause'. The film premiered at CPH:DOX in 2014 and won several awards, including the award for best short documentary at the Danish Film Academy. 'Follow You Home' is Kathrine’s first feature-length documentary.
